On the 1st of May 2007 the Principalship at Edinburgh’s Telford College announced,without prior consultation, their intention to use 3rd party recruitment agency Protocol National to supply temporary lecturers. All attempts by the EIS-FELA Branch Committee to get the Principalship to reconsider their decision which has radically diminished the terms and conditions of temporary lecturers have been ignored.

I wonder what the Quality Principle Assistant has to say on this matter. Does he/she believe that quality would be enhance by employing third party employees?
